Canada to revoke digital tax, says Trump has agreed to restart trade talks

Canada will not begin collecting a digital services tax on Monday in hopes of striking a trade deal with the U.S., Ottawa said on Sunday night, saying President Trump had agreed to restart negotiations he declared dead on Friday.
