Brady: Congress not willing to consider USMCA until steel, aluminum issues resolved

House Ways & Means Committee ranking member Kevin Brady (R-TX) on Tuesday suggested that Congress would not consider the U.S.-Mexico Canada Agreement until steel and aluminum restrictions are lifted.
