Blumenauer introduces legislation to extend, modify GSP program

House Ways & Means trade subcommittee Chairman Earl Blumenauer (D-OR) introduced legislation this week that would extend the Generalized System of Preferences program by six months and add several new criteria he says will strengthen the initiative’s efficacy.
