Blumenauer cites USMCA enforcement, WTO reform among trade panel’s 2020 priorities

House Ways & Means trade subcommittee Chairman Earl Blumenauer (D- OR) on Thursday outlined four “buckets” of priorities the panel will address this year: trade accountability, investments in human and physical capital, and reasserting U.S. leadership in multilateral fora.
