Analysts: U.S.-India trade talks won’t yield substantial outcomes without GSP
The U.S.-India Trade Policy Forum is unlikely to yield significant outcomes unless Congress reauthorizes the U.S. Generalized System of Preferences, giving the U.S. key leverage in negotiations, analysts tell Inside U.S. Trade .
