Ag groups seek biotech rules in NAFTA that go beyond TPP provisions

U.S. agriculture groups are urging the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative to include in a modernized North American Free Trade Agreement rules that go beyond the novel biotech provisions in the Trans-Pacific Partnership.
