Administration backs fix of USMCA merchandise processing fee provision

The Trump administration supports a proposed “technical correction” to the U.S.-Mexico-Canada implementing bill’s language on merchandise processing fee refunds, U.S. Trade Representative Robert Lighthizer said last week.
