An article published by Fortune today says the European Union has won parts of its case against the U.S. at the World Trade Organization over tax incentives offered by Washington state to Boeing for the construction of a jetliner, which the EU says constituted prohibited subsidies under WTO rules. The Aug. 16 article includes differing interpretations of the panel report from U.S. and EU sources, but overall it suggests that the EU successfully argued certain parts of its case...
