Compliance Report In EU Challenge Of Boeing Subsidies Now Due By December
The World Trade Organization compliance panel reviewing whether the U.S. has conformed with previous adverse rulings about subsidies it extended to the Boeing Company for the development of large civil aircraft will not be issued later than December, according to a June 27 communication from the panel.
