Commerce Makes Preliminary AD Determination Against Chinese Bus, Truck Tires

The Commerce Department has issued a preliminary determination finding Chinese companies dumped truck and bus tires into the U.S. market at less than fair value. Commerce set the preliminary antidumping dumping margin at 20.87 percent on mandatory respondent Prinx Chenshan Tire, along with a 20.87 percent margin on non-selected respondents eligible for a separate rate, according to a Commerce fact sheet.
