Chinese Steel Companies Ordered To Show Cause For Not Responding To 337 Investigation

An administrative law judge has given 14 Chinese steel companies until Sept. 9 to show why they should not be found in default for failing to respond to notices and discovery requests tied to U.S. Steel Corp.'s 337 case, a judgment that could prohibit those companies from participating in the case as it evolves.
