USDA Chief Of Staff Heads To Biotechnology Industry Organization

The outgoing chief of staff to Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack is heading to the Biotechnology Industry Organization (BIO) to become executive vice president for the group's food and agriculture section, BIO announced this week. Brian T. Baenig will join BIO on Aug. 31, filling a slot previously held by Cathleen Enright, who left to become president and CEO of the Pet Food Institute in spring of this year.
