TRIPS Council Agrees To Extend Non-Violation Moratorium Through 2017

Members of the World Trade Organization have agreed on a draft decision that would extend for two years the existing moratorium on filing non-violation complaints under the Agreement on Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights (TRIPS).
