Murkowski To Introduce Bill To Lift Oil Export Ban, May Seek TPA Amendment

Sen. Lisa Murkowski (R-AK), chairwoman of the Energy and Natural Resources Committee, is planning to introduce legislation that would lift the federal ban on exports of crude oil next week and may seek to attach it to the Trade Promotion Authority (TPA) bill, which is also scheduled for floor action next week.
