Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY), the American Farm Bureau Federation and U.S. business groups are making a last-ditch effort to warn U.S Trade Representative Michael Froman not to agree to provisions in the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) deal that would specifically disadvantage tobacco.
