Third Update: ATLANTA – The Office of the U.S. Trade Representative has indefinitely postponed a closing press conference here as negotiators rush to finish a Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) deal by the end of Sunday (Oct. 4), with government officials continuing to say they expect to reach a deal although it is not assured. One source involved in the negotiations said at roughly 6 p.m. local time that he saw an 85 percent chance of reaching a deal here...
