ATLANTA – Japan's chief negotiator for the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) drove home the point here Saturday (Sept. 26) that his government wants to reach a “final agreement” at the end of the week-long negotiating session that kicked off that day and will culminate in a ministerial meeting beginning on Sept. 30.
