A proposal currently being considered by Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) countries to try and conclude the talks at the end of this month in Atlanta would involve a chief negotiators meeting on Sept. 26-30, followed by a ministerial on Oct. 1-2, according to informed sources. As of late Thursday (Sept. 17), TPP countries had not yet agreed to hold the ministerial, although one informed source said they were likely to go through with it.
