SINGAPORE -- Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) ministers during a four-day meeting here agreed to scale back the scope of proposed disciplines on state-owned enterprises (SOEs) so that they do not apply to government support provided to SOEs for the delivery of services in their home country market.
