House Agriculture Committee Approves COOL Repeal Bill After WTO Ruling

Two days after the World Trade Organization issued an adverse decision on a U.S. meat country-of-origin labeling (COOL) law, the House Agriculture Committee on May 20 approved a bill fully repealing the law by a vote of 38-6.
