EU's TISA data flow proposal delayed until late November amid CETA issues

The European Union has pushed back the timeline for coming forward with a proposal on data flows in the Trade in Services Agreement after the Commission and European Council were unable to approve the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement with the Canada by Oct. 27, as initially planned. Sources had initially expected the EU to come forward with language on data flows ahead of the Nov. 2-10 TISA round, but that expectation changed last week after a regional Belgium parliament...
