Commission Official Defends EU Investment Court Appeals Mechanism

A European Commission official Tuesday (June 14) defended the European Union's proposal that the current investor-state dispute settlement mechanism be changed to include an appeals mechanism and set up a permanent roster of panelists and arbitrators.
