China Agrees Not To Engage In Cybertheft Of Trade Secrets, Following Xi Visit

President Obama and Chinese President Xi Jinping on Sept. 25 committed that neither government will participate in or endorse the cybertheft of commercial trade secrets and pledged to "intensify" negotiations for a U.S.-China Bilateral Investment Treaty (BIT), but stopped short of announcing a goal for the agreement's conclusion.
