TPP Countries Say Canada Not Ready To Join Talks, Press Vietnam To Decide

The United States and other countries participating in the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) negotiations told Canadian officials earlier this month that Canada is still not in a position where it could join the talks, despite months of consultations between Canada and current TPP members and Canada's clear interest in joining, sources said this week.
