GSM 102 Usage Again Exceeds Trigger Set Out In Cotton Framework Deal
Usage of the General Sales Manager (GSM) 102 program over the last six months has again exceeded a threshold level set out under the 2010 U.S.-Brazil bilateral framework deal, meaning that the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) must once again raise the fees it charges under the program by an average of 15 percent, sources said.
