U.S., Brazil To Meet Next Week For First Joint Review Of GSM 102 Program
U.S. and Brazilian trade officials will meet next week in Washington for the first operational review of the General Sales Manager (GSM) 102 program, as called for under a June framework agreement that warded off Brazilian retaliation in a bilateral fight over U.S. subsidies to help domestic cotton producers, sources said.
