WTO Interim Panel Report Finds U.S. Boeing Subsidies Violated ASCM

In a confidential interim report given to the parties this week, a World Trade Organization panel sided with the European Union in key aspects by finding that U.S. government space and defense contracts to Boeing had provided actionable subsidies that caused adverse effects to Airbus, according to informed sources.
