Russia WTO Accession Activity Picks Up, But September Finish In Doubt

In the wake of the public commitment from President Obama and Russian President Dimitry Medvedev last June to resolve by the end of September all outstanding obstacles facing Russia in its bid to join the World Trade Organization, accession negotiations have ramped up, both bilaterally and multilaterally, sources said.
