USTR Official Makes Case For Tokyo's Constructive Participation In TPP

The United States is confident Japan will be a constructive participant in the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) negotiations based not only on bilateral commitments Tokyo made as a condition for joining the talks but also on domestic political developments in the country, according to Assistant U.S. Trade Representative Wendy Cutler.
