Lange Faces Pushback From MEPs For Saying ISDS Not Needed In TTIP

European Parliament International Trade Committee (INTA) Chairman Bernd Lange is facing some pushback to language he has proposed in a draft parliamentary resolution on the U.S.-EU free trade talks saying that an investor-state dispute settlement (ISDS) mechanism is not necessary in the deal.
