CBP Set To Release Interim Rules On Implementing ENFORCE Act

Customs and Border Protection has completed drafting its interim final rules to implement the Enforce and Protect Act, which fights evasion of existing antidumping and countervailing duty orders and becomes effective once the rules are published in the Federal Register on Aug. 22.
